Sir something wrong is happening with my pheasants birds . There are some white patches like something in their legs. Gradually it is getting worsen and they cant move then . Picture is attached .

My dog is one year and 2 months old now and the problem is that he does not eat any other food than chicken rice. Not even dog food or any other stuffs. My pet's skin color has gotten very dark since the beginning of this year (it used to be a silvery color but has gotten even darker). What do you think might be the cause?
