1. Your Acceptance

By using or visiting the Rhelp website or any other products, software, data feeds, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service, and services provided to you on, from, or through the Rhelp website (collectively the "Service") you signify your agreement to (1) these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use") and (2) Rhelp's Privacy Statement, found at https://rhelp.vetscope.vet and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms and policies, please do not use the Service.

Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Use, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version https://rhelp.vetscope.vet. Rhelp may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Use and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

2. Rhelp Service

The Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Rhelp. Rhelp has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. In addition, Rhelp will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly relieve Rhelp from all liabilities arising from your use of any third-party website.

You agree to use the Rhelp service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content therein. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorized in these Terms of Use) content and information contained on or obtained from or through the Rhelp service. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the Rhelp service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Rhelp service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Rhelp service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the Rhelp service in any way; or, use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Rhelp service, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal, fraudulent or harmful use of the service.

The quality of the display of the Rhelp content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the content you have selected, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. You are responsible for all Internet access charges.

Rhelp software is developed by, or for, Rhelp and is designed to enable viewing of Rhelp content through Rhelp ready devices. This software may vary by device and medium, and functionalities and features may also differ between devices. You acknowledge that the use of the service may require third party software that is subject to third party licenses.

In your use of the Service, you will comply with all applicable laws.

Rhelp reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Your Use of Content

In addition to the general restrictions above, the following restrictions and conditions apply specifically to your use of Content.

The Content on the Service, and the trademarks, service marks and logos ("Marks") on the Service, are owned by or licensed to Rhelp, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.

Content is provided to you AS IS. You may access Content for your information and personal use solely as intended through the provided functionality of the Service and as permitted under these Terms of Use. You shall not download any Content unless you see a “download” or similar link displayed by Rhelp on the Service for that Content. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Rhelp or the respective licensors of the Content. Rhelp and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service and the Content.

You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the Content therein.

You understand that when using the Service, you will be exposed to Content from a variety of sources, and that Rhelp is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, or safety of or relating to such Content. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Rhelp with respect thereto, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhelp, its owners, operators, affiliates, to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Service.

Content Standards
Any User Contribution must be made following rules, and must fully comply with all international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

User Contribution must not contain:
a. Obscene, offensive, inflammatory, and violent material. The material of a sexual or pornographic nature, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
b. Materials that violate copyright.
c. Any material that may give rise to civil or criminal liability in accordance with applicable laws or regulations.
d. Appeals that encourage any illegal activity.
e. Promotion of commercial activities or sales.

4. Your Conduct

You may submit questions about your companions to the Service. You understand that Rhelp does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Comments you submit.

You agree that if you get an answer, Rhelp will publish your name, companion name, question and answer soon.

You shall be solely responsible for your own Comments and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Comments on the Service. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Comments you submit.

Rhelp does not endorse any Content submitted to the Service, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Rhelp expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content. Rhelp does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Rhelp, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT Rhelp SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

8. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rhelp, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Service.

9. Assignment

These Terms of Use, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Rhelp without restriction.

10. General

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Statement at https://rhelp.vetscope.vet and any other legal notices published by Rhelp on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Rhelp concerning the Service. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Rhelp's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Rhelp reserves the right to amend these Terms of use at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use for any changes. Your use of the Service following any amendment of these Terms of Use will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
