The consistency of my pet's stool changes from time to time. It's sometimes soft and sometimes hard. What do you think can be the cause? My pet is very healthy and doesn't look ill at all.

There isn't any problem since the poop isn't watery or infected. The consistency in pet's stool basically depends on how frequent, and what type of feed they are fed with. However,if this seems like a problem to you,you could keep a close watch on the type of feeds that yields the kind of stool your pet have and stay consistent with that pattern of feeding.

Hi Antonio, The consistency of pets stool is generally dependent on diet given. Sometimes, presence of worms can change the consistency of the stool. No cause for alarm as long as the stool is blood and parasite free

It may be due to changes in diet frequently and may also be caused by weather change.
