Cat / Scottish Fold - Answered 1375 days ago
Hi, I have a cat named Totoro who just turned 12. We were told last year at our yearly checkup that he had some fluid in his heart, but in a recent ultrasound, it didn't seem much of a problem. Last week he vomited twice after eating - it looked like water and undigested food, probably everything that was in his stomach. His appetite drops before vomiting, but other than that he does act hungry and eats things he likes. Do you think this might be because of constipation? If have any advice that would be great.

Hello Susan, I must commend you for being concerned about your pet. This doesn't have to get you scared,it could just be indigestion and could also be dependent on the nature of feed you give you totoro. This also could be as a result of liver or kidney complications.. I'd advice that you go to see your vet. I'm sure totoro would be alright.
