My dog has been diagnosed with heart disease. She's getting pretty old so her coughs are getting worse, and she sometimes gets a little wobbly. Recently she suddenly stood up, walked around in circles, and urinated while sitting right in front of the toilet sheets. Should I take her to the vet to get some medication for it?

As your pet is old and already diagnosed with a heart problem ,the vet will recommend pimobendan tablet orally but it's of little help in old and debilitated pets ,weight control ,home made diets without oil and exercise can help a little but if the condition worsens you might have to take a call whether you wish to bid goodbye to your pet by putting him to sleep with an injection or to wait and see his condition worsening over the day
