I don't know if this is an injury, but I found black stripes in two of the claws of the front right leg after taking my pet to get his nails clipped about a month ago. He doesn't seem to be feeling any pain. What do you think this is? Is it just some pigment coming out?

It's just simple pigmentation, Consult your vet; Your vet may recommend giving your cat a soothing oatmeal bath or a rinse of vinegar diluted to one tablespoon vinegar per quart of warm water. Regular brushing is also helpful in distributing the natural oils in your cat's skin and removing dead skin.
