You may apply cool water around his paws and ears. You can use a soaked towel or cloth, or a dog cooling vest. Continue to monitor his temperature, and when it drops below 103, you can stop applying the water.
You may also try adding canned food or low-sodium chicken broth (or vegetable broth) to kibble and perhaps hand feeding her..
You should see your vet as early as possible however.
