Hi. It could be an bacterial eye infection. Please see your vet for further treatment.

It could be an eye defect, i think you should go see your vet and know what exactly is wrong. You could give it first aid, try to cool down it's temperature, and also try to help it get something to eat, afterwards please go and see your vet

The watery and dirty eyes could be a sign of conjuctivitis. There's a wide range of causes for conjunctivitis, from allergies, injury, birth defects, and tear duct problems, to foreign matter, dry eye, distemper, or even tumors.

Your dog could be having a fever, So i'd advice you get her cooled down and then head straight to your vet.

I guess you should try and see your vet as early as possible, your dog might need some sort of close monitoring with it's treatment

You can help bring your pet's temperature down by wiping his paw pads and ears with a cool wet washcloth. You may also wrap ice packs in a towel and place it against his chest and abdomen. A fan to supply cool air is useful as well. When a dog’s nose is dry, it’s usually a sign that something in their body is changing or has changed. It’s not always a bad thing, but it’s also not always a good thing. give your dog bone broth Bone broth is a very mild, liquid meal that sits easily in upset canine stomachs. It is also a nutritious and delicious way to add moisture and flavor to dry food and encourage dogs with reduced appetites to eat. To make a bone broth for dogs, fill a crock-pot with beef marrow bones or bones with plenty of joints, like turkey and chicken legs. Cover the bones with 2-3 inches of water, cover, and cook on low for 20-24 hours. Let the broth cool for 2-to-3 hours in the fridge to let the fat form a hardened layer at the top. Scoop it off and store the jelly-like broth in the refrigerator. If you want to use the broth to add moisture to dry food, microwave the broth just long enough for it to go from a semi-solid jelly to a liquid, but not long enough to get hot, as hot broths can burn your dog’s mouth. Freeze the broth in small containers like an ice cube tray for later use.

You may apply cool water around his paws and ears. You can use a soaked towel or cloth, or a dog cooling vest. Continue to monitor his temperature, and when it drops below 103, you can stop applying the water. You may also try adding canned food or low-sodium chicken broth (or vegetable broth) to kibble and perhaps hand feeding her.. You should see your vet as early as possible however.
