My puppy is having high body temperature,with eyes watery and dirt all day! He's nose is also dry and he sometimes lose his appetite? What shall I do?

It could be an eye defect, i think you should go see your vet and know what exactly is wrong. You could give it first aid, try to cool down it's temperature, and also try to help it get something to eat, afterwards please go and see your vet
